Brief: A rental property which was tenanted, to replace the timber decking and beds like-for-like, the client are also wanted a low maintenance, safe space.
Recommendation: The Green Kiwi advised to replace the decking and raised beds with stonework (not as slippery when wet and does not rot) and to fell the Catalpa tree which was damaging the property and dropping leaves and seed pods which were contributing towards the slippery surfaces and rotting.
